Thank you so much for the shoutout. I'm glad the prompt helped. You UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT!! Yes. I love this. "It's time to build something for us." Thank you for building this, friend.
Looks like Briget's Aust challenge is filling up. Sometimes the hardest thing isn't overcoming failure, it's giving ourselves permission to be seen. I especially loved the contrast between hiding for comfort and stepping forward with purpose. Life is far too short to spend it blending into the background when we each have something unique to contribute. Thanks Kevin
You are welcome Kevin. I am in the midst of editing my book, get it out and then pivot again into another part of the health spectrum. Thank you for asking.
This resonated with me. When 2020 hit, I started playing it much safer, being less vocal, holding my cards closer. It was really only in the last year or so that I started to find the courage to be louder and more visible again.
You're absolutely right: we only have this one life to live. I want to make the most of it for myself and as an example for my kids.

Amazing! Follow your dreams 👍🏽
I don’t want my tombstone to say “Here lies someone who fit in.”
This!!
Thanks BJ!
Really powerful. The fear of success as much as failure is so real.
I know, it's crazy right?!
